  I think everything said made a bunch of sense. However,
  consider this, what if you added a little content?
  I am not saying your content is not good., but what if you added a headline
  that grabbed folk's attention? I mean New guidelines issued
  for heart transplantation is kinda boring. You could look at
  Yahoo's front page and see how they create news titles to get viewers to open the links.
  You might try adding a video or a pic or two to grab people excited about
  what you've written. Just my opinion, it could make your posts a little livelier.
