Having more children could slow aging

In the journal PLOS One, researchers reveal that women who had more children had longer telomeres than women who had fewer children.

Telomeres are caps at the end of each DNA strand that protect our chromosomes - thread-like structures that contain all our genetic information - from damage.

Each time a cell replicates, telomeres become shorter. They eventually become so short that they stop protecting chromosomes, leaving them vulnerable to damage, which in turn causes our cells to age and stop functioning effectively.

Previously, animal studies have supported the "life history theory," suggesting that higher reproductive behavior is associated with accelerated biological aging.

However, this latest study, led by Prof. Pablo Nepomnaschy and Cindy Barha - both of Simon Fraser University in Canada - contradicts this theory.

Great points about ROI and efficiency gains in automation! But from our experience, the real challenge wasn’t just the numbers—it was shifting the legacy mindset on the shop floor benefits of agile manufacturing

    1. I've been using the Hayati Pro Max for about a week now and honestly, the pod life is impressive. I used to vape with some Juul pods and they never lasted me this long. The taste stays pretty consistent too, which is a big plus TPD compliant vape selling points

    1. Hey, just started vaping like two weeks ago and the Hayati Pro Max has been a game changer for me. Look, I’m not tech-savvy at all, but this thing is ridiculously simple to use—no faffing about with buttons or settings http://www.protopage.com/devaldnmuc#Bookmarks

    1. Mate, it’s proper maddening seeing dodgy disposables being sold openly like it’s no big deal. We’re meant to have a ban, yet these illegal vapes are everywhere – how’s that fair? Feels like a joke and puts legit vapers at risk http://www.video-bookmark.com/user/stinusogra

    1. Right then, just had to jump in about Hayati’s new mango and pineapple combo—proper tasty! Been vaping for a while and it’s rare I find a flavor that hits the spot like this one. Definitely a top-up from me https://atavi.com/share/xk693vz1t0iig

    1. Is the Xlim SE easy to fill? I’m pretty new to vaping and fiddling with pods can be a bit of a pain. Would hate to make a mess or ruin my first pod!

    2. Just switched to the OXVA Xlim Pro 2 and honestly, I’m impressed Click here for more info
